Notice of Final Determination and Amendment of Schedule 2 to Act
The Scientific Committee established under the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 has, in pursuance of Division 3 of Part 2 of that Act, made a final determination to insert the following species of plants in Schedule 2 to that Act (Vulnerable species) and, accordingly, that Schedule is amended as set out in Annexure “A” to this Notice:
Plants
Epacridaceae
Epacris purpurascens var. purpurascens R. Br.
Fabaceae
Swainsona sericea (A. Lee) J. Black ex H. Eichler
Myrtaceae
Callistemon linearifolius (Link) DC.
The final determination to insert these species in Schedule 2 has been made because the Scientific Committee is of the opinion that these species are likely to become endangered unless the circumstances and factors threatening their survival or evolutionary development cease to operate.

Schedule 2 to the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 is amended as follows:

by inserting in alphabetical order under the heading “Plants” and the Epacris purpurascens var. purpurascens R. Br.
| (b) |
by inserting in alphabetical order under the heading “Plants” and the Swainsona sericea (A. Lee) J. Black ex H. Eichler
| (c) |
by inserting in alphabetical order under the heading “Plants” and the Callistemon linearifolius (Link) DC.
