THREATENED SPECIES CONSERVATION ACT 1995 No 101

Notice of Final Determination and Amendment of Schedule 1 to Act

The Scientific Committee established under the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 has, in pursuance of Division 3 of Part 2 of that Act, made a final determination to insert the following population in Part 2 of Schedule 1 to that Act (Endangered populations) and. accordingly, that Schedule is amended as set out in Annexure “A” to this Notice:

Rhamnaceae

Cryptandra longistaminea F. Muell.	Cryptandra longistaminea in the vicinity
of Ellandgrove Road, South Grafton.

The final determination to insert this population in Schedule 1 has been made because the Scientific Committee is of the opinion that this population has been reduced to a such critical level and its habitat has been so drastically reduced that it is in immediate danger of extinction, it is disjunct and at the limit of the geographic range of the species and its disjunction and regional rarity make it a population of significant conservation value.
