THREATENED SPECIE§ CONSERVATION ACT 1995 No 101 Notice of Final Determination and Amendment of Schedules 1 and

2 to Act

The Scientific Committee established under the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 has, in pursuance of Division 3 of Part 2 of that Act, made a final determination:

(a) to insert the following species of bird in Part 1 of Schedule l to that Act (Endangered species), and

(b) as a consequence, to omit reference to that species of bird from Schedule 2 to that Act,

and, accordingly, those Schedules are amended as set out in Annexure “A”

to this Notice:
