THREATENED SPECIES CONSERVATION ACT 1995 No 101 Notice of Final Determination and Amendment of Schedule 2 to Act The Scientific Committee constituted under the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 has, in pursuance of Division 3 of Part 2 of that Act, made a final determination to omit the following species of plant from Schedule 2 to that Act and, accordingly, that Schedule is amended as set out

in Annexure “A” to this Notice:

Orchidaceae

Caladenia concolor Fitzg.

The final determination to omit this species from Schedule 2 has been made because the Scientific Committee has determined that the species should be listed as an endangered species in Schedule 1 to the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995, notice of that part of the final determination as related to the insertion of the species in Schedule 1 having been published in Gazette No. 81 of 18 July 1997, page 5591.

Annexure “A”

Schedule 2 to the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 is amended by omitting the matter “Caladenia concolor Fitzg.” under the heading “Plants” and the sub-heading “Orchidaceae”.
