s1 2 s4 Thiess Peabody Mitsui Coal Pty Ltd Agreements No. 191, 1999 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Thiess Peabody Mitsui Coal Pty Ltd Agreements Regulation 1999 . ˙ Definition 2. In this regulation— “mining leases” means the mining leases granted under the Thiess Peabody Mitsui Coal Pty. Ltd. Agreements Acts 1962 to 1965 and mentioned in the schedule. ˙ Approval of transfer of mining leases 3. The transfer of the mining leases to Peabody Moura Investments Pty Ltd ACN 078 906 411 and Mitsui Moura Investment Pty Ltd ACN 088 091 356 in the following interests is approved— (a) Peabody Moura Investments Pty Ltd ACN 078 906 411—55%; (b) Mitsui Moura Investment Pty Ltd ACN 088 091 356—45%. ˙ Repeal 4.(1) The following instruments made as orders in council under the Thiess Peabody Coal Pty. Ltd. Agreement Act 1962 are repealed— (a) the Thiess Peabody Coal Pty. Ltd. Agreement Order 1972 gazetted on 22 April 1972 at page 1763; (b) the Thiess Peabody Coal Pty. Ltd. Amending Agreement 1974 gazetted on 9 November 1974 at page 928. (2) The following instruments made as orders in council under the ThiessPeabody Mitsui Coal Pty. Ltd. Agreements Act 1965 are repealed— (a) the Thiess Peabody Mitsui Coal Pty. Ltd. Railway Agreement Amending Agreement 1966 gazetted on 18 June 1966 at page 940; (b) the Thiess Peabody Mitsui Coal Pty. Ltd. Railway Agreement Amending Agreement 1974 gazetted on 6 July 1974 at page 1392;

Railway Agreement Amending Agreement 1975 gazetted on 15 November 1975 at page 1084; (d) the Thiess Peabody Mitsui Coal Pty. Ltd. Railway Agreement Amending Agreement 1985 gazetted on 20 April 1985 at pages 2220 to 2221. ˙ Expiry 5. This regulation expires on 19 November 1999.
