s1 2 s3 Thiess Peabody Mitsui Coal Pty Ltd Agreement No. 116, 2002 Regulation 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Thiess Peabody Mitsui Coal Pty Ltd Agreement Regulation 2002 . 2 Approval of transfer of mining leases (1) The transfer of the 55% interest in the mining leases of Moura Coal Investments Pty Limited ACN 078 906 411 to MMI No. 3 Limited ACN 100 155 342 is approved. (2) After the transfer mentioned in subsection (1) is recorded in the appropriate register, the transfer of 4% interest in the mining leases of MMI No. 3 Limited ACN 100 155 342 to Mitsui Moura Investment Pty Ltd ACN 088 091 356 is approved. (3) In this section— “mining leases” means the mining leases granted under the ThiessPeabodyCoalPty.Ltd.AgreementAct1962 and mentioned in the schedule. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on the day after it commences.
