STATUTORY RULES
REGULATIONS UNDER THE THERAPEUTIC SUBSTANCES ACT 1953-1959.*
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendments of the Therapeutic Substances Regulations
“(2.) A member of a Committee who attends a meeting of the Committee shall be paid—
(
a ) in the case of the Chairman of the Committee—a remuneration at the rate of Thirty dollars for each day on which he attends a meeting of the Committee; and(
b ) in the case of any other member of the Committee—a remuneration at the rate of Twenty-five dollars for each day on which he attends a meeting of the Committee.”.
(2.) The amendment made by the last preceding sub-regulation applies in relation to an attendance at a meeting of a Committee on the third day of September, 1965, or on any subsequent day.
