1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Therapeutic Goods (Medical Devices) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 July 2004.

3Amendment of Therapeutic Goods (Medical Devices) Regulations 2002
