1.Citation

This notice is the Therapeutic Goods (Legislative Instruments) Notice (No. 4) 2024.

2.Notice of publication

The following therapeutic legislative instruments have been made and published on the Federal Register of Legislation website     Therapeutic Goods (Poisons Standard—October 2024) Instrument 2024

2.     Therapeutic Goods Legislation Amendment (Standard for Therapeutic Vaping Goods) (TGO 110) Instrument 2024

3.     Therapeutic Goods (Medical Device Standard—Therapeutic Vaping Devices) Amendment Order 2024

4.     Therapeutic Goods (Advertising Complaints and Investigations Information) Amendment Instrument 2024; and

5.     Therapeutic Goods (Vaping Goods—Possession and Supply) Amendment Determination (No. 2) 2024.

The above therapeutic legislative instruments apply as a law of the State under the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024 section 10(1) (subject to section 10(2) of that Act). The above instruments may not have effect under the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024 section 11 or may cease to have effect under the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024 section 13.
