The above therapeutic legislative instruments apply as a law of the State under the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024 section 10(1) (subject to section 10(2) of that Act) from 30 August 2024. The above instruments may not have effect under the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024 section 11 or may cease to have effect under the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024 section 13.
