Therapeutic Goods Law Application (Amending Act) Proclamation 2024

Made under the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024 section 8(1) and (2) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Therapeutic Goods Law Application (Amending Act) Proclamation 2024.

2.Effect of Therapeutic Goods and Other Legislation Amendment (Vaping Reforms) Act 2024 (Commonwealth) (Act s. 8(1))

For the purposes of the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024 Part 2, the Therapeutic Goods and Other Legislation Amendment (Vaping Reforms) Act 2024 (Commonwealth) has effect.

3.Commencement of Therapeutic Goods and Other Legislation Amendment (Vaping Reforms) Act 2024 (Commonwealth) (Act s. 8(2))

Under the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024 section 8(2), the provisions of the Therapeutic Goods and Other Legislation Amendment (Vaping Reforms) Act 2024 (Commonwealth) come into operation for the purposes of the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024 Part 2 on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published on the WA legislation website.
