Therapeutic Goods (Charges) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Therapeutic Goods (Charges) Act 1989.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1995.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Therapeutic Goods (Charges) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 3 (Annual charges)

3.1   Subparagraph 3 (1) (a) (i):

Omit “$440;”, substitute “$500;”.

3.2   Subparagraph 3 (1) (a) (ii):

Omit “$250;”, substitute “$300;”.

3.3   Paragraph 3 (1) (b):

Omit “$110.”, substitute “$150.”.

3.4   Paragraph 3 (2) (a):

Omit “$3,800;”, substitute “$4,200;”.

3.5   Paragraph 3 (2) (b):

Omit “$3,800;”, substitute “$4,200;”.

3.6   Paragraph 3 (2) (c):

Omit “$1,900;”, substitute “$2,100;”.

3.7   Paragraph 3 (2) (d):

Omit “$1,900;”, substitute “$2,100;”.

3.8   Paragraph 3 (2) (e):

Omit “$1,900;”, substitute “$2,100;”.

3.9   Paragraph 3 (2) (f):

Omit “$1,900;”, substitute “$2,100;”.

3.10   Paragraph 3 (2) (g):

Omit “$1,900;”, substitute “$2,100;”.

3.11   Paragraph 3 (2) (h):

Omit “$1,600.”, substitute “$2,000.”.
