THERAPEUTIC GOODS AND COSMETICS ACT 1972—

REGULATION

(Relating to licences authorising the sale by wholesale of certain

therapeutic substances) NEW SOUTH WALES

HIS Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the Therapeutic Goods and Cosmetics Advisory Committee, and in pursuance of the Therapeutic Goods and Cosmetics Act 1972, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Regulation made under the Therapeutic Goods and Cosmetics Act 1972 published in Gazette No. 119 of 29 September 1995 (at page 6938) is amended by omitting from clause 2 (d) the matter “(c1)” wherever occurring and by inserting instead the matter “(ci)”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to correct typographical errors.

This Regulation is made under the Therapeutic Goods and Cosmetics Act 1972, including section 46.
