Schedule 1        Amendments (regulation 3) [1]           Subregulation 38 (2A) omit as a member of the Medical Devices Evaluation Committee or [2]           Paragraph 42J (2) (b) substitute                (b)    ACCORD Australasia Ltd (ACN 117 659 168); and Note 1.       All legislative instruments and compilations are registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments kept under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.
