These Regulations are the
Therapeutic Goods Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 3) .
These Regulations commence on 1 July 2004.
Schedule 1 amends the
Therapeutic Goods Regulations 1990 .

specified media has the meaning given by section 42B of the Act.
