I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2 (1) of the Therapeutic Goods Amendment Act (No. 2) 2006, fix 3 April 2006 as the day on which Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
