Therapeutic Goods Amendment (2009 Measures No. 1) Act 2009

I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under items 3, 6 and 9 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Therapeutic Goods Amendment (2009 Measures No. 1) Act 2009, fix:

(a)   25 February 2010 as the day on which Schedule 2 to that Act commences; and

(b)   8 February 2010 as the day on which Schedule 5 to that Act commences; and

(c)   25 January 2010 as the day on which Part 2 of Schedule 7 to that Act commences.
