follows:

with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as

1, This Act may be cited as " The West Terrace Cemetery Title.

Extension Act, 1904."

resumed for the use and purposes of the public cemetery, situated on public cemetery.

2, The land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby Lands resumed for

the West Park Lands, and known as the West Terrace Cemetery, and such land shall cease to be under the care, control, and manage- ment of the Corporation of the City of Adelaide.

SCHEDULES.

THE FZHST SCHE1)ULE.

Comprising that portion of the park lands, city of Adelaide, bounded on the east by West Terrace Cemetery; on the north by a straight line, being the production westerly of the northern line of fence of the Roman Catholic burial ground enclosure, to intersect the eastern boundary of the Adelaide and Victorian Border railway land at a point 3,335ft. northerly of its intersection with the north-western side of the Adelaide and Glenelg Road; on the west by the said railway land; and on the south by the following boundary: -Commencing.at a point on the eastern boundary of rail- way land aforesaid, 1,591ft. northerly of its intersection with the north-western eide of the Adelaide and Glenelg Road aforesaid; thence easterly along fence at an angle of 87" 20' for 263ft.; thence at a southern angle of 177O 10' for about 583ft. to the western end of wall on the southern boundary of the cemetery.

THE SECON11 SCHEDULE.

Comprising that portion of the West Terrace Cemetery described in Act No. 497 of 1890 north of the following boundary :-Commencing at a point on its eastern boundary 863ft. north of the centre of main entrance gate; thence in a west-north- westerly direction along fence and stone wall for 507ift.; thence northerly along fence for 180ft. to intersect fence on the southern side of roadway (opposite Wright Street) to the Roman Catholic burial qound enclosure; thence westerly along the said side of the roadway for 348&ft. to the eastern fence of said enclosure; thence northerly along said fence for 256ft.; thence westerly along northern fence of said enclosure for about 501ft. to the western boundary of the cemetery.
