AN ACT to amend The West Australian Trustee Executor and Agency Company Limited Act, 1893-1969.

[Assented to 27th October, 1969.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

and citation. 1. (1) This Act may be cited as The West

Australian Trustee Executor and Agency Company

Limited Act Amendment Act (No. 2), 1969.

(2) In this Act The West Australian Trustee Executor and Agency Company Limited Act, 1893- 1969 is referred to as "the principal Act".

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as The West Australian Trustee Executor and Agency Company Limited Act, 1893- 1969.

2. The principal Act is amended by adding a

new section after section 21B as follows:-

21C. Division 5 of Part IV of the Companies	Division 5
Part IV

Act, 1961-1966 shall not apply to and shall be	Companies
