AN ACT to amend The West Australian Trustee

Executor and Agency Company Limited Act.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as The West Aus- Short title

Limited Act Amendment Act, 1955.

(2) In this Act The West Australian Trustee

Executor and Agency Company Limited Act,

Private Act of 1893 as amended by Private Acts of 1923,1925 and 1951

is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as The West Australian Trustee Executor and Agency Company Limited Act, 1893-1955.

amended. 2. Section sixteen of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words "Two pounds ten shillings" in lines four and five of paragraph (a) the words "Four pounds".
