An Act to authorise the construction of certain Works for the Storage and Distribution of Water, to amend The Barossa Waterworks Act, 1902, and The Bundaleer Waterworks Act, 1902, and for other purposes.

1, This Act may be cited as "The Warren Reservoir Act, 1912."short title.
Warren Reservoir Water Scheme, and all other works which from time to time are found to be necessary or convenient in connection therewith, within the water district to be called the " Warren Water District," shown and margined green on the plan deposited on the twenty-ninth day of November, nineteen hundred | Engineer," |
and all Acts incorporated with that Act except sections

3. The Commissioner of Waterworks may, out of any moneys

voted by Parliament for the purpose- |
(a) Construct and maintain the waterworks known as theaderne.

Engineer," and dated the twenty-ninth day of August, nineteen hundred and twelve, and within the catchment area shown and margined red on the said plan, and
( b ) Construct and maintain such works and do such things as from time to time are found to be necessary or convenient for conveying and distributing the water stored in the said waterworks to and through the districts and area to be supplied therewith.
4, The water stored in the said waterworks may be used- |
be supplied.
(a) For the further supply of the water district mentioned in" The Barossa Waterworks Act, 1902,"
( b ) For the supply of the Warren Water District,(c) For the further supply of the water district mentioned in
The Bundaleer W aterworks Act,
1902," and(d) For the further supply of the water area constituted by ((The
Kapunda Waterworks Act, 1877."
a water district under that term is defined in section 6 of this Act) is hereby constituted
the Waterworks Act. and declared to be a water district for the purposes of "TheWaterworks Act, 1882."

tively (as the meaning of those terms is defined in section 6 of | ||

deemed to mean such district with any additions which at the time have been made thereto by proclamation under " The Water- works Act, 1882," or such district as the same for the time being exists in consequence of any alterations of the boundaries thereof so made. |

7, (1) Notwithstanding anything in this Act, the part of the |

and is certified by the Commi~eioner | to be signed by such a majority |
of persons. |
(2) Upon certifying as aforesaid, the Commissioner shall cause a notice to be published in theGovernment Gazelte stating that, from a date mentioned therein, the said part shall be included in such District, and, from the said date, the saidpart shall, forall purposes, be included in and be part of the said District.In the name and on behalf of His Majesty, I hereby assent to
