An Act to further amend an Act, No. 76 of 1877, being

" An Act to provide for the formation of a Line

of Railway from Kadina to Wallaroo."

HEREAS the Wallaroo railway station and yards have been for P m d ~ e +

W some time oast insufficient for the traffic thereon. and it has

been found necessky to extend the same, and to make sidings and

other works for thc accommodation of the public, and for the pur- poses aforesaid, and in order to obtain bktter approaches to-the Wallaroo railway pier, to take additional lands, and to use certain streets and open another street instcad thereof: And whereas the said works have been carried out accordingly: And whereas it is expedient that the said works and the taking and using of the said lands and streets should be validatcd, and their continuance lawfully authorised: And whereas a plan showing the land so taken, and the portions of streets so closed and opened, signed H. C. Mais, Engineer-in-Chief, 22/6/86,'' has been deposited in the office of the surveyor-~enkral, at Adelaide--Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly,

THE FIRST SCHEDULE.

Crown Lands, Hundred of Wallaroo.

1. A piece of land bounded as follows (that is to say) :-Commencing at a point on

the north-eastern side of Johns-terrace, town of Wallaroo, 113 linksfrom the northern intersection of Lydia-terrace and Johns-terrace; thence south-easterly along said side

of Johns-terrace for 734 links; thence east-south-easterly at an angle of 166' 32' for

30 links; thence easterly at an angle of 144' 23'for 368 links; thence north-easterly at an angle of 143' 3' for 72 links; thence north-westerly at an angle of 79O 6' for 631) links; thence west-north-westerly at an angle of 172' 15' for 281 links; thence west-south-westerly at an angle of 137' 20' for 234 links to the point of commence- ment.

2. A piece of land bounded as follows (that is to say) :-Commencing at the inter-

5. A piece of land bounded as follows (that is to say) :-Commencing at a point

on the southern side of the street north of the aforesaid park lands, 264 links easterly from the bend in street opposite to and in a line with the boundary between allotments 242 and 243; thence easterly along said side of street for 5 L7 links; thence north-easterly at an angle of 135' 11)' for 29 links; thence easterly a t an
