HEREAS the Wallaroo railway station and yards have been for P m d ~ e +

W some time oast insufficient for the traffic thereon. and it has

been found necessky to extend the same, and to make sidings and

other works for thc accommodation of the public, and for the pur- poses aforesaid, and in order to obtain bktter approaches to-the Wallaroo railway pier, to take additional lands, and to use certain streets and open another street instcad thereof: And whereas the said works have been carried out accordingly: And whereas it is expedient that the said works and the taking and using of the said lands and streets should be validatcd, and their continuance lawfully authorised: And whereas a plan showing the land so taken, and the portions of streets so closed and opened, signed H. C.
