other works for thc accommodation of the public, and for the pur- poses aforesaid, and in order to obtain bktter approaches to-the Wallaroo railway pier, to take additional lands, and to use certain streets and open another street instcad thereof: And whereas the said works have been carried out accordingly: And whereas it is expedient that the said works and the taking and using of the said lands and streets should be validatcd, and their continuance lawfully authorised: And whereas a plan showing the land so taken, and the portions of streets so closed and opened, signed H.
