Act. (a) In section 131, the words fixed rate " are substituted for

the words rate of Four Pounds per centum," in sub-

section (2) thereof.

( b ) In section 134, the words " a rate being One Pound per centum per annum in excess of the fixed rate " are substituted for the words '' the rate of Five Pounds per centum," in subdivision (a) thereof.

In section 158-

I. The words "fixed rate" are substituted for the words

rate of Four Pounds per centum," in subdivision

(a) thereof.

for the words " the rate of Five Pounds per centum,"

in subsection (d) thereof, which was inserted by the

amending Act of 1907.

(e) In section 167, the words '' the fixed rate per annum " are

substituted for the words " Four Pounds per centum,"

in subdivision (h) thereof,

( f ) In section 174, the words a rate being One Pound per

centum per annum in excess of the fixed rate " are substituted for the words ' l the rate of Five Pounds per cen turn," in subdivision (6) thereof.

(y) In section 180, the words " fixed rate " are substituted for

the words rate of Four Pounds per centum," in sub-

section (1) thereof.

( h ) In section 181 the words " a rate being One Pound per centurn per annum in excess of the fixed rate " are sub- stituted for the words " the rate of Five Pounds per centum," in subsection (2) thereof.

(i) In section 194-

The words " the fixed rate " are substituted for the words

Four Pounds per centum," in subsection (1) thereof.

annum in excess of the fixed rate " are substituted for the words " the rate of Five Pounds per centum," in subsection (6) thereof, which was inserted by the amending Act of 1907.

(2) The provisions contained in section 2 of the amending Act of 1907, and relating to sections 158, 160, and 194 of the principal Act, are amended so as to agree with the amendments made by subsection (1) hereof.
