of the University of Western Australia Act 1911, has approved amendments to the Second Schedule of

Traffic and Parking Penalties

The discount penalty will apply if the penalty is paid within 7 days.

7. Parking a bicycle other than in a bicycle area $40 $30

9. Parking other than wholly within the marked boundaries of a
