Application for variation of The Lakes College Enterprise Agreement 2010.

[1] An application has been made to vary an enterprise agreement known as the Lakes College Enterprise Agreement 2010 (the Agreement). It has been made by the Uniting Church in Australia Property Trust (Qld) T/A The Lakes College (the Lakes College).

[2] The Lakes College and its employees have reached agreement on the variation.

[3] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.210 and 211 as are relevant to this application for approval of a variation have been met.

[4] The Agreement is varied in accordance with the document attached to this decision. The variation is approved and will come into force from 3 May 2013 and shall remain in force for the duration of the Agreement.

[5] A consolidated copy of the Agreement is attached to this decision.
