Application for approval of the Wesley Mission Brisbane Pine Rivers Services Enterprise Agreement 2015.

[1] An application has been made for approval of an enterprise agreement known as the Wesley Mission Brisbane Pine Rivers Services Enterprise Agreement 2015 (the Agreement). The application was made pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act). The Agreement is a single-enterprise agreement.

[2] On 28 May 2015 undertakings were provided by the Company. Pursuant to s.190 of the Act, I accept the Company’s undertakings. A copy of the undertakings is attached to the Agreement and forms part of the Agreement.

[3] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Act as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[4] As the consultation term does not meet the requirements of s.205 of the Act, the model consultation term is taken to be a term of the Agreement and is attached to the Agreement.

[5] The Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union and the United Voice, being bargaining representatives for the Agreement, have given notice under s.183 of the Act that they want the Agreement to cover them. In accordance with s.201(2), I note that the Agreement covers these organisations.

[6] The Agreement is approved and will operate in accordance with s.54 of the Act.
