An Act to amend the The Uniting Church in Australia Act 1977.

The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows:

Part 1Preliminary1Short title

This Act may be cited as The Uniting Church in Australia (Membership of Trust) Amendment Act 2015.

2Amendment provisions

In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a specified Act amends the Act so specified.

   Section 11(3)—delete "Subject to subsection (4) of this section, a" and substitute:
