Sydney ENT and Facial Day Surgery Centre (Clerical) Enterprise Agreement 2009-2012.
[1] Further to my ex tempore decision on 18 January 2010, I note that approval of this enterprise agreement was that day declined on the basis of its provisions concerning cashing out of annual leave; and I was not otherwise satisfied it was appropriate to address this matter on the basis of undertakings. The proceedings are concluded accordingly.
