Sydney ENT and Facial Day Surgery (Nurses) Enterprise Agreement 2009-2012.
[1] Further to my ex tempore decision on 18 January 2010, I note approval of this enterprise agreement was that day declined - given its provisions concerning cashing out of annual leave and annual leave for shift workers; and I was not otherwise satisfied it was appropriate to address these matters on the basis of undertakings. The proceedings are concluded accordingly.
