An Act for amending the Act No. 26 of 1862, and for

preventing the further spread of the Star Thistle.

HEREAS i t is desirable to prevent the further spread of the Preamble.

W star thistle-& it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the

Province of South Australia, by and with the advice and consent of

the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said province,

in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:

1. The preamble of " The Thistle and Bur Act of 1862," shall Amendments of A C ~

Repeal. 3. The Thistle and Bur Act of 1862" is hereby repealed so

far as relates to the destruction of the Scotch and variegated thistles,

but not further or otherwise.

Short title. 4, This Act may be called The Thistle and Bur Act, 1887."
