An Act to amend the Law relating to Statutory

Declarations.

E it Enacted by the Governor, with the advice and consent of

the Parliament of South Australia, as follows:

1. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Act of the Imperial Form of declaration

in Schedule may be

employed in anv declaration under the said recited Act now by law

authorised, as and in lieu of the form prescribed by and contained in

the Schedule to the said recited Act.

scribe any such declaration, knowing such declaration to be untrue in any material particular, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be liable, upon conviction thereof, to be imprisoned for any term not exceeding four years with hard labor.

4. This Act may be cited as a The Statutory Ileclarations Act, short title.
