An Act to Abolish the Exemption of Stamp Duty on

Receipts given for Payments made by the Crown.

E it Enacted by the Governor of the State of South 4ustralia,

follows: B with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as

Every instrument for effecting the payment of money, or for acknowledging any payment, or receipt by, to, or on behalf of His Majesty or any public department, or"

this Bill.
