An Act to amend the Seed Wheat Acts.

E it Enacted by thc Governor, with the advice and oonsent of

the ~ar i ia ine i t of South Australia, as follows:

1, This Act may be cited as " The Seed Wheat Atnendment short titleand

Act, 1900," and s l d l be ir~corporntetl with " The Seed Wheat Act, incorporation.

1896," and the Acts incorporated therewith, hereafter called the

Seed Wheat Acts.

mor~eys advanced under this Act.

(2) The ex tension of time granted may provide for the repay

mcnt of the moneys payable, with the interest thereon, in not more than five equal annual payments, the first of which is to become due not more than one year from the date of the rxtension beinq granttd, and a similar payment to become due on the same date in each year thereafter until the whole of the moneys payable have

been paid.

(3) The Treasurer may exercise sitnilar powers in the case of any farmer not within any District Council to whom seed wheat has been supplied by him.
