An Act to amend " The Robertstown Railway Act, 191 I.

HEREAS it is desirable to alter the route for the railway by Preamble.

to enlarge the Railway District constituted by that Act: And whereas in contemplation of such alteration and enlargement the poll by that Act required to be taken has not yet been taken-
Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the State of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as follows:

1. (1) This Act may be cited alone as The Robertstown Rail- s h o t titles.

eection 5- 4. Section 5 of the principal Act is amended by inserting after

Acts, 19 11 and 191 2 '' is substituted in lieu thereof.

Amendment ~f

section 36- 7, Section 36 of the principal Act is amended by substituting

the word five " for the word " ten " in the first line thereof.
