An Act abolishing the defined Rates of Speed of Trains travelling on certain Lines of Railways, and for other purposes.

E it Enacted by the Governor, with the advice and consent of

B the Parliament of South Australia, as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as " The Railways Amendment Act, short title and in

which any line of railway has been constructed.

43, Act 7 of 1847. 4, All the words in section 43 of Act No. 7 of 1847, up to and

inclusive of the word hour " in the fifth line, are hereby repealed.
