An Act abolishing the defined Rates of Speed of Trains travelling on certain Lines of Railways, and for other purposes.

E it Enacted by the Governor, with the advice and consent of

the Parliament of South Australia, as follows:

'

1. This Act may be cited as " The Railways Amendment Act, short title and in

1902," and shall be incorporated and read with the Acts set forth eo'pOratiOn*

in the Schedule hereto and all other Acts under the provisions of

which any line of railway has been constructed.

of trains running along any street within its boundaries.

inclusive of the word

hour " in the fifth line, are hereby repealed.
