1. (1) This Act may be cited alone as " The Promissory OathsShort title.
Amendment Act,
(2) The " Promissory Oaths
Act, 1669 " (hereinafter called '' theNO. B of 1869-70,
principal Act "), and this Act may be cited together as "The
Promissory Oaths Acts, 1869 and 191 1 | ." |

L4ct is repealed, and the form following is enacted and substituted in lieu thereof, that is to say-
