An Act to amend the " Promissory Oaths Act, 1869," and

for other purposes.

E i t Enacted by the Governor of the State of South Australia,

follows: B with the advice and collsent of the Parliament thereof, as

1. (1) This Act may be cited alone as " The Promissory Oaths Short title.

Amendment Act, 191 1."

(2) The " Promissory Oaths Act, 1669 " (hereinafter called '' the NO. B of 1869-70,

Promissory Oaths Acts, 1869 and 191 1 ."
