An Act to authorise the Construction of an Additional Railway from Port Adelaide to Glanville and for an Additional Railway from Glanville to Largs, and for other purposes.

E it Enacted by the Governor of the State of South Australia,

said railways and bridge are delineated in the plan deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General at Adelaide, signed " Alex. B. Moncrieff, Engineer-in-Chief," and dated the twenty-fifth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and eight, or as the said .railways and bridge are delineated i11 any plans hereafter so deposited pursuant to any law for the time being in force as to the deposit of such plans: Provided that in case the Houses of Parlia- ment are not sitting at the time when any plans and books of reference are deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General under section 9 of " The Railway Clauses Act, 1876," the Commissioner may make deviations under the said section before causing copies of such plans and books of reference to be laid before Parliament, but such copies shall be laid before both Houses of Parliament upon their next sitting.
