1, This Act may be cited as " The Port Adelaide, Glanville, and Shorttitle. Largs Additional Railway Act, 1908."
2, The Acts mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and all Acts~ctsincorporsted. amending the said Acts, or any of them, or substituted for the same, or any of them, shall, so far as the same are severally applicable, be incorporated herewith.

Act .1908. said railways and bridge are delineated in the plan deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General at Adelaide, signed " Alex. B. Moncrieff, Engineer-in-Chief," and dated the twenty-fifth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and eight, or as the said .railways and bridge are delineated i11 any plans hereafter so deposited pursuant to any law for the time being in force as to the deposit of such plans: Provided that in case the Houses of Parlia- ment are not sitting at the time when any plans and books of reference are deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General under section 9 of " The Railway Clauses Act, 1876," the Commissioner may make deviations under the said section before causing copies of such plans and books of reference to be laid before Parliament, but such copies shall be laid before both Houses of Parliament upon their next sitting.
4, Notwithstanding anything contained in the " Largs Bay |
