An Act to amend '' The Petersburg and Border

Railway Act, 1884."

HEREAS it is expedient to amend " The Petersburg 'and Preamble.

W Border Railway Act, 18H4:7 by providing for a deviation in	the line from that shown in the plans deposited for the purposes of
the said Act in the offices of the Surveyor-General, at Adelaide, and
signed (' H. C. Mais, Engineer-in-Chief," and by providing for the
acquisition hy tho Commissioner of Railways of such lands as may
be necessary for such purpose: And whereas plans showing the
said deviation together with the book of rcf'crencc thereto, have for
the purposes of this Act been deposited in the office of the Sur- '
veyor-General, at Adelaide, and signed '' H. C. Mais, Engineer-in- Chief, dated 22/7/86."--Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and IXouse of Assembly of the said province,
in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:

1, Section 2 of The Petersburg and Border Railway Act, 1884," Termination may be

he may deem necessary for the purposes of this Act.

Rate of epeed.	3, Section Y of the said Act is hereby repealed.
Incorporation.	4, The Petersburg and Border Railway Act, 1882 " and this

Act shall be incorporated and read as one Act.

short title. 5, This Act may be cited for all purposes as "The Petersbwg

and Border Railway Amendment Act, 1886."
