thc Ocean Dock Company, Limited, and for

other purposes.

HEREAS the Ocean Dock Company, Limited, have declared Preamble.

W their inability to carry out certain works authorised by an Act intituled '-The Ocean Dock Act, 1882 "-Be it enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Housc of Assembly of the said province, in this present Parliament assembled, its follows:

1, This Act may be cited for all purposes as '' The Ocean Dock Short title.

Deposit Act, 1885."

2, The Treasurer is hereby authorised to return to the Ocean Treasurer authorised

Dock Company, Limited, the sum of Fourteen Thousand Pounds, deposited in accordance with the terms of section 7 of the said

The Ocean Dock Act, 1882 ": Providcd that thc said Ocean Dock Company, Limited, shall at the same time surrender all rights and privileges granted by the said .Act.
