HERE AS it is desirable to amend '' The Northern Territory Preamble.
W Justice Act, 1875," and " The Northern Territory Justice Act, 1884 "-Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:
1, This Act may bc cited for all purposes as | The Northern short title. |

2. The provisions of " The Northern Territory Justice Act, Incorporation.
1875," and "The Northern Territory Justice Act, 1884," shall,
except so far as such provisions may be inconsistent herewith, be
incorporated and read with this Act.
