HEREAS it is desirable to filrther amend " The Mining Preamble.
Companies Act, 1881 " in manner hereinafter provided- |
Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South
Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council

&ay belong to such company, and such sale may be made at any time, by public auction or private contract, upon such terms and conditions as may be approved by such extraordinary general meeting, and the com-pany may grant, transfer, and assign the property sold to the pur-
chaser thereof, or as such purchaser may direct, subject to any
encumbrances affecting the same.
