An Act to authorise the construction of certain Water- works to further increase the Water Supply of the City of Adelaide and other places suburban or adjacent thereto.

1, This Act may be cited as " The Millbrook Waterworks Act,Bhort title.
time to time may be found to be necessary in connection therewith, within the limits of deviation shown on the plan deposited in the ofice of the Survey or-General, marked " Millbrook Reservoir Water Scheme," signed "Charles A. Bayer, Hydraulic Engineer," and dated the twenty-first day of August, nineteen hundred and twelve; and also construct and maintain such works and do such things as | from |
and all Acts incorporated with that Act excepb sections 110, 114,
115, 116, 117, and l 18 of | 'the Lands Clauses Consolidation Act." |
3, The Commissioner of Waterworks may, out of any moneyscommieeioner of
voted by Parliament for the purpose, construct and maintain, for the |
further water supply of the City cf Adelaide and other places | 1 |
