An Act to amend the Married Women's Property Acts.

E it Enacted by the Governor, with the advice and consent of

the Parliament of South Australia, as follows:

1, This Act may be cited as " The Married Women's Property 8hol.t title.

Amendment Act, 1902."

to all such proceedings and other remedies upon any judgment married women.

2, A married woman and her property shall be liable and subject Judwent a%s;nat

against her in any Court of Justice as might be had or taken upon a judgment against her if she were unmarried, except that execution shall not issue against her property which is subject to a restraint upon anticipation.
