Correction to decision [[2012] FWAA 8395] issued on 4 October 2012 in matter number AG2012/11221.

In accordance with s.602 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), the decision issued by Fair Work Australia on 4 October 2012 [[2012] FWAA 8395] is amended to note that:

1. In Step 3 and Step 4 of Clause 16.1 of the Dispute Resolution Clause of the Gardline Australia Pty Ltd Union Collective Agreement 2011 the words “Institute Official” are replaced in Step 3 with the words “Official of the relevant Union” and in Step 4 with the words “National or relevant Union Official”.

2. The Maritime Union of Australia is also covered by the Gardline Australia Pty Ltd Union Collective Agreement 2011.
