E it Enacted by the Governor, with the advice and consent of
B | the Parliament of South Australia, as follows: |
1, This Act may be cited as " The Licensed Victuallers FurtherTitle and incorpom-
Amendment Act, 1901," and shall be read and construed with | The |
Licensed Victuallers Act, 1880," and with all other Acts incorporated therewith.

be granted only to brewers of ale, stout, and other fermented
liquors, and shall be in the form of the Schedule X to this Act.
3, The application for the granting of such licence shall be inApplication for

4, Every such licence shall authorise the brewer therein licensed

spirits or one dozen reputed quart bottles or two dozen reputed
pint bottles of wine or other fermented liquor to be taken away at
one time by one person, and not to be drunk on the premises in
which such liquor is sold. Penalty of not less than Ten Pounds
or more than Fifty Pounds.

licence- where inconsistent herewith or inapplicable hereto, apply to abrewcr's colonial ale licence in the same manner as if a provision had been made in such sections for such licences, in addition to storekeepers' liccnces.
