Form of a Brewer's Colonial Ale Licence.

I, A. B., Clerk to the Licensing Bench of Justices for the District of

in the State of South Australia, do hereby certify that on the day

This licence shall commence on the day of the issue hereof by the Treasurer and continue in force until the twenty-fifth day of March in the year now next ensuing, inclusive, provided i t be not forfeited in the meantime.
