An Act to further amend " The Lands Clauses Consolida-

tion Act."

E it Enacted by the Governor of

the State of South Australia,

follows:

B with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as

1. (1) This Act may be cited alone as " The Lands Clauses shod title.

Consolidation Further Amendment Act, 1911."

Act.

This Act shall apply to every under taking heretof ore authorised or hereafter to be authorised by any Act.

Supreme Court to the credit of such party or matter as the case may require ; and any moneys so paid in shall be subject to the like control and disposition of the said Court s s if paid into a bank.
