An Act relating to Jury Lists in District and Local

Courts.

E it Enacted by the Governor of the State of South Australia,

follows: B with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as

1, This Act may be cited as "The Jury Act Amendment Act, short title.

1905," and shall be incorporated and read with "The Jury Act,

1862," and all Acts amending the same.

3. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 2 of The Criminal Rsdius from w b h

Jurors Payment Act," No. 511 of 1891, the limit of radius within ~ R ", F J ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

which any person shall be summoned as a juror to attend the sit-

tings of the Circuit Court of any Circuit District is hereby extended

to ipply to persons who shall reside not more than twenty-five miles'

from the place at which the sittings of the said Circuit Court are to

be held.
