E it Enacted by the Governor of the State of South Australia,

follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 2 of

Jurors Payment Act," No. 511 of 1891, the limit of radius within ~ R ", F J ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

which any person shall be summoned as a juror to attend the sit-

tings of the Circuit Court of any Circuit District is hereby extended

to ipply to persons who shall reside not more than twenty-five miles'

from the place at which the sittings of the said Circuit Court are to

be held.
