An Act to extend the operation of Jury Lists in Local

Courts.

E it Enacted by the Governor, by and with the advice and

B consent of the Parliament of South Australia, as follows :

1, This Act may be cited as ' S The Jury Act Amendment Act, Short title.

1902," and shall be incorporated and read with "	'The Jury Act,
1862," and all Acts amending the same.

2, The Jurors Rolls now in use in the I,ocal Courts of the State Local courts Jury

shall continue in operation and be valid and effectual for all pur- force.	Lists to continue in
poses for a. period of three years from the passing of this Act.
