1      Name of Plan

This Plan is The Hills Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 9).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land known as the Crane Road Precinct, Castle Hill, being:

(a)	Lot 23, DP 785110, Lot 1, DP 701677, Lot A, DP 151502 and Lots 18 and 19, DP 821398, 299–309 Old Northern Road, and
(b)	a portion of an existing road reserve at the junction of Old Northern Road and Terminus Street, adjacent to Lot 19, DP 821398.

4      Maps

Each map adopted by The Hills Local Environmental Plan 2012 that is specified in Column 1 of the following table is declared by this Plan to be amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the map specified opposite in Column 2 of the table as approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan:
