1 Name of Plan
This Plan is The Hills Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 51).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to that part of Lot 2, DP 839151 (being land at 488–494 Old Northern Road, Dural) that is in Zone B2 Local Centre under The Hills Local
Environmental Plan 2012.
4 Maps
The maps adopted by The Hills Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

Clause 7.13
Insert after clause 7.12:

| (1) This clause applies to that part of Lot 2, DP 839151 (being land at |
488–494 Old Northern Road, Dural) that is in Zone B2 Local Centre.
| (2) | Development consent must not be granted to development that results in more than 6,900 square metres of the gross floor area of all buildings on the land to which this clause applies being used for the purpose of commercial premises. |
